Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently (bulldozers, forklifts)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings with precision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Class C driver's license with clean record
- Basic math and measurement skills
