Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems during evening hours
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and Florida electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers for timely completion
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
- Mentor junior electricians during shift rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years commercial electrical experience
- Proven night shift or 24-hour environment experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in troubleshooting VFD systems and PLC controls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local amendments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
