Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial electrical systems, including motors, transformers, and switchgear.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to execute complex installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and document findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of low and high-voltage systems.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment (Megger, Fluke, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
