Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with safety standards
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Collaborate with contractors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
