Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical faults
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local safety regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for critical power system failures
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain detailed service reports
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (CA or TX state-specific)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proficiency with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial automation
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
