Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems during overnight hours
- Install pipes, fixtures, and water treatment systems with precision
- Perform emergency repairs for burst pipes and drainage failures
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Document service reports using digital maintenance software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless project handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Class I/II)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture installation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
