Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, water heater failures) during night hours
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with on-call dispatchers for rapid emergency response
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Mentor junior plumbers during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- 24/7 emergency service availability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with tankless water heaters and repiping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
