Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and commercial plumbing systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for after-hours work in occupied properties
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient emergency response coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service via remote communication tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work variable overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
