Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, fixture malfunctions, and water heater issues
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and drainage systems
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing supplies
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and confined space work
- Flexibility for rotating weekend/evening shifts
