Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Install water heaters, sewer lines, and advanced plumbing fixtures
- Perform emergency pipe repairs, drain cleaning, and leak detection
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex installations
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Conduct system inspections and provide maintenance recommendations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies for service vehicles
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
