Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shift hours
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (or reciprocity-ready)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and lifting
- Proficient in pipefitting tools and trenchless technologies
