Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for residential and commercial properties during night hours
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and video inspection technology
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient emergency response and scheduling
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while working independently
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- 24/7 emergency response availability and reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe and fixture issues
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
