Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Diagnose and resolve clogs, leaks, and pipe damage efficiently
- Perform hydro-jetting and drain cleaning services
- Comply with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with maintenance teams during emergency calls
- Maintain company vehicle and tools in optimal condition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Master preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems
