Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential plumbing systems during night shifts
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Coordinate emergency response calls for urgent plumbing failures
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for mobile service vehicles
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced plumbing techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Master Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Expertise in backflow prevention, water treatment systems, and pipe welding
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space entry training
- Advanced diagnostic skills using pipe cameras and pressure testers
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency in digital service reporting platforms
