Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance for commercial and residential properties
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building codes
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with day team for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid California plumbing license or apprentice certification
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewage systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
