Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts across Dallas metropolitan area
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and pipe rehabilitation services
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols after hours
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with on-call dispatchers and daytime maintenance teams
- Handle burst pipe repairs and flood mitigation during overnight emergencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience required
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10-hour certification and confined space training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe lining equipment
