Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve pipe bursts, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Utilize digital diagnostic tools for efficient troubleshooting
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with dispatch team for rapid emergency response
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying equipment (50+ lbs)
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of smart home plumbing systems
