Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line repairs
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and backflow prevention devices
- Adhere to Virginia plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency response during night shift hours
- Document service reports and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia plumbing license (Class A or B)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and confined spaces
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (4 days/week)
