Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for commercial properties
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with on-call supervisors and emergency response teams
- Manage inventory and restock service vehicles with essential materials
- Document service reports using our digital tracking system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (Class I or II)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in trenchless technologies and pipe lining
- Exceptional diagnostic abilities for complex system failures
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Strong emergency response and problem-solving skills
