Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform water heater maintenance and emergency pipe repairs
- Install and repair gas lines following strict safety protocols
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and recommend upgrades
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of tools/parts
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed service reports
- Collaborate with team members for complex multi-day projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with valid Tennessee state license
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with trenchless technologies
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility for emergency calls and weekend shifts
- Experience with backflow prevention and water treatment systems
