Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts with 24/7 availability
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install plumbing systems according to local codes and blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for services rendered
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain inventory and service vehicle readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or equivalent certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
