Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial and commercial systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to handle heavy tools and confined spaces
- Experience with backflow prevention systems preferred
