Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and installations during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage system failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute water heater repairs, sewer line inspections, and backflow prevention services
- Strictly adhere to Indiana plumbing codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain detailed service reports and digital job documentation
- Respond to emergency calls within 45 minutes during peak hours
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Indiana State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Advanced proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection technologies
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
