Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform emergency plumbing services during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts for service calls
- Maintain detailed service records and customer communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair, water heater installation, and backflow prevention
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor
