Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (PM 10:00 - AM 6:00)
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe failures in residential/commercial settings
- Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and pipe systems per code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system optimizations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service under emergency pressure
