Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems during overnight shifts
- Install pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water treatment systems
- Perform emergency leak repairs and burst pipe interventions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex projects
- Comply with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Complete detailed service reports and inventory management
- Train apprentices on advanced plumbing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid journeyman plumber license (NY or OH)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency scenarios
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL (preferred)
