Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and video inspection
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Provide after-hours customer support with exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Plumber license
- Expertise in water heater repairs, sewer line clearing, and pipefitting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and confined space work
- Experience with digital service reporting systems
