Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Document service reports using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-stress situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Knowledge of Denver plumbing codes and regulations
