Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts with rapid dispatch protocols
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and digital schematics
- Perform hydro-jetting and drain cleaning services for stubborn blockages
- Comply with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations during after-hours operations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity and documentation
- Utilize tablet-based job management systems for real-time updates and customer communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space entry training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation and camera inspection systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater boilers, HVAC integration, and backflow prevention
- Exceptional time management for emergency response within 90-minute SLA
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/attics
