Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems 24/7.
- Diagnose and resolve emergency plumbing leaks and blockages during night hours.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan plumbing layouts.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all systems meet local and national codes.
- Estimate material costs and prepare detailed work orders for management approval.
- Provide exceptional customer service to facility managers and clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and tool area.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes (IPC) and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
