Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Demolish structures and clear debris efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Assist in concrete pouring and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit with ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Team player with strong work ethic
- No experience required – training provided
