Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex piping systems, pumps, and HVAC units during night hours.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing emergencies efficiently to minimize facility downtime and ensure safety.
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to plan installations and modifications accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of all plumbing fixtures and underground utility lines to ensure code compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electricians, HVAC techs) to resolve facility-wide issues.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial plumbing, preferably with night shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in welding, pipefitting, and fixture installation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in low-light conditions.
