Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and pipe installations during night hours
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and sewer systems for residential and commercial clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing codes while working independently or with a team
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service with after-hours communication and transparency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe and fixture issues
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
