Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial plumbing systems during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pressure problems.
- Install new piping, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances in strict adherence to local building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan projects.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues with minimal disruption to the client.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
