Responsibilities
- Perform complex residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe replacement, and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure all work complies with local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Assist in training junior staff and apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License for the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of modern plumbing systems, including PEX, copper, and sanitary waste.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in confined spaces or at heights.
