Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions during night hours
- Perform emergency plumbing services for critical infrastructure failures
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for system modifications
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for night shift operations
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical aptitude
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
