Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for pipefitting tasks
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours with urgency
- Collaborate with contractors and team members for seamless project execution
- Document work orders and maintain service logs for accountability
- Ensure adherence to OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide paid comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications within 6 months
