Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls during night shifts with urgency and professionalism
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to diagnose plumbing issues
- Use hand/power tools safely for pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
