Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, pipe bursts) during overnight shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for rapid response to emergency calls
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in both PA and NY jurisdictions
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide after-hours emergency support via on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in Pennsylvania and/or New York
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for overnight work and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required
