Responsibilities
- Perform complex pipe installations, repairs, and replacements in commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections on critical systems during the night shift.
- Ensure all work complies with local California building codes and safety regulations.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate logs of materials used and hours spent.
- Collaborate with the day shift supervision team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Proven experience working night shifts or in industrial maintenance settings.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, PEX, and steel piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
