Responsibilities
- Emergency plumbing repairs and system troubleshooting during night hours
- Installation of water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance for commercial and residential properties
- Adhere to all NYC plumbing codes, safety protocols, and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with on-call supervisors for priority job dispatching
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumber License (Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for emergency situations
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
