Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using modern tools and blueprints.
- Install, repair, and replace pipes, fixtures, and valves efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in tight spaces.
