Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues in residential/commercial properties
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to prevent future plumbing emergencies
- Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and resource allocation
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in emergency plumbing repairs and diagnostics
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations
- Physical capability for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible night schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
