Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic plumbing issues, leaks, and clogs under direct supervision.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all job sites are cleaned up and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and update them on progress.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
