Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and pipe installation during overnight shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all plumbing work
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Must be available for flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
