Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for residential and commercial clients during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe bursts, leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install and maintain water heaters, sewage systems, and gas lines per local codes
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/equipment
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient emergency response coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license and current certifications
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Strong diagnostic skills for plumbing system failures
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying equipment and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible night shifts including weekends/holidays
