Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Virginia plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
