Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance for residential/commercial properties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and inspection cameras
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed repair documentation
- Collaborate with team members for efficient job scheduling and execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with digital scheduling and invoicing software
