Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters) during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency service calls with 30-minute dispatch response time
- Install new plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Use trenchless technology for minimal property disruption
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
