Our night shift team (7 PM - 3 AM) provides critical 24/7 service to residential and commercial clients. We offer comprehensive tool allowances, company vehicle access, and paid training on cutting-edge plumbing technology. This role includes occasional weekend overtime for emergency calls, with premium pay rates.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems according to code
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response time
- Complete detailed service reports using digital tablets
- Maintain company vehicle and plumbing tools in optimal condition
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or equivalent reciprocity
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Clean driving record with valid TN driver's license
- Availability for overnight shifts (7 PM - 3 AM) weekends
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
